At Glenivo, we want you to have clear information and meaningful choices about how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, shared, and processed.

Glenivo may use third-party technology providers in connection with advertising, analytics, measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, campaign optimization, and related ecommerce services.
Depending on the technologies used and the privacy law applicable to you, certain disclosures of personal information to advertising or technology providers may legally be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” even where Glenivo does not directly exchange your personal information for money.

Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, you may request that Glenivo not sell or share applicable personal information, or not process applicable personal information for targeted advertising, as those terms may be defined by applicable privacy law.
If a privacy, cookie, consent, or data-sharing control is available on glenivo.com, you may use that control to submit your choice.
If an applicable privacy control is not available to you, email service@glenivo.com using the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out Request” and describe the privacy choice you would like to exercise.
The availability and effect of an opt-out may depend on your location, applicable law, browser or device settings, and the technologies operating on Glenivo.
3. AppLovin Advertising
Glenivo uses or may use AppLovin in connection with digital advertising, attribution, measurement, campaign optimization, fraud prevention, and related advertising services.
When AppLovin pixels, cookies, scripts, APIs, or other advertising integrations are enabled on Glenivo, AppLovin may collect or receive certain information relating to your device, browser, website interactions, advertising interactions, and conversion-related events.
Depending on the technologies used, this may include information about:

Glenivo does not intentionally request sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for ordinary ecommerce transactions.
13. Marketing Emails
If you subscribe to Glenivo marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option included in the applicable marketing message.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Glenivo from sending transactional communications reasonably necessary for an order, payment, delivery, return, refund, account, security matter, privacy request, or customer-support request.

15. Verification
To help protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or deletion, Glenivo may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.
We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request relates to you and to identify relevant records.
16. Authorized Agents
Where applicable law permits, you may authorize another person to submit certain privacy requests on your behalf.
Glenivo may request information reasonably necessary to verify the agent's authority and the identity of the individual whose personal information is involved.
17. Appeals
Depending on your state of residence and applicable privacy law, you may have the right to appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.
If an appeal right applies, email service@glenivo.com and clearly state that your message concerns an appeal of a privacy-request decision.
18. Non-Discrimination
Where required by applicable law, Glenivo will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercise an applicable privacy right.
Exercising a privacy right does not remove mandatory consumer rights or protections that may otherwise apply to you.
